Marva is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. She holds an MS in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Business Communications from the University of Maryland. She completed Harvard Executive Education’s Competing in the Age of AI program and is currently a doctoral student at Georgia State University, where her research focuses on board governance and decision-making in AI-intensive environments.
