Shahood Siddiqui is a Dubai-based technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at One Tech Capital, a leading startup studio. In this role, he oversees the technology and product direction for the company’s two flagship SaaS ventures: COFE Cloud and AllUp. COFE Cloud, a software platform for the food and beverage industry, and AllUp, a SaaS platform for the fitness industry, together serve users in more than ten countries across the Middle East, North Africa, Asia-Pacific, South Asia, and Europe. He orchestrates these ventures’ day-to-day operations, shapes their product strategy, maintains close communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and designs the overall technology architecture to ensure each platform is highly scalable, secure, and reliable.

With over 15 years of experience in the tech industry including the past decade as a hands-on CTO—Siddiqui has consistently held dual leadership roles across product and technology in every venture he has led. He has built and scaled digital businesses from the ground up across a broad range of sectors and business models. His track record spans B2B and B2C e-commerce, service provider marketplaces, and quick commerce startups, as well as fintech, proptech, and vertical SaaS platforms in the food and beverage industry and the fitness industry.
