Lailayan AlMasri is the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of FundingPips, a global prop trading firm transforming how traders connect, learn, and grow. As the strategic and creative force behind the brand’s rapid rise, she has helped build a global community of more than 1,500,000 traders across 195+ countries, setting new standards for innovation, engagement, and modern communication in the trading evaluation industry.

With over 12 years of experience spanning global marketing, technology, and strategy, Lailayan’s career is defined by purpose-driven creativity and impactful storytelling. Prior to co-founding FundingPips, she worked with leading agencies, collaborated with Google, and served as a marketing consultant for UNICEF, refining her ability to create communication that drives meaningful action and measurable results.

At FundingPips, she has led the company’s global expansion, shaping its marketing vision, community strategy, and brand identity. Her leadership helped position FundingPips as a leading name in prop trading exceeding the logical dynamic media platform for traders turning it into a complete ecosystem.

Lailayan’s professional journey also includes senior leadership roles in real estate, including Vice-CEO responsibilities in Jordan, where she led major development projects. Her achievements have earned international recognition, including the Fortuna Global 100 – The Legacy Makers Award (2024), Top 100 Women Leaders of the Middle East (2025), recognized as on of the the Top 100 Women Leaders in the Middle East at the 7th Edition 2025 and the 8th Edition 2026 of the Women Leaders Summit & Awards, and the Forex Expo Women Award for Global Impact & Brand Growth.

Holding an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire and currently pursuing a PhD in International Business Law at the University of Birmingham, Lailayan embodies lifelong learning, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership both as a global business leader and a proud single mother.
