Refined by a 16-year career as a world-class athlete in Taekwondo, Jani’s leadership style seamlessly blends athletic grit with academic rigor. This pursuit of peak performance continues today through his achievements as a two-time IRONMAN All World Gold Athlete. He translates this ""athlete’s approach"" into the corporate world through his book, The Disciplined Executive, and his extensive work as a strategic board advisor and executive coach.

This commitment to mastery is further evidenced by his three Master’s degrees in Business, Law, and Political Science, alongside professional certifications from MIT, Stanford and Wharton.
