Dr. Amar Patnaik is a distinguished policymaker, academic, and former Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer with over three decades of experience at the intersection of public finance, governance, and technology. Since June 2019, he has been serving as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, representing Odisha, where he contributes actively to shaping national policy and legislative discourse.

With a career rooted in administrative excellence, Dr. Patnaik has held key positions that demanded deep expertise in financial oversight, institutional governance, and policy implementation.
