Throughout his extensive academic career, Prof. Tawfik has held professorial roles at several leading institutions, including Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (EJUST), Paris ESLSCA Business School, Nile University, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, The Egyptian E-Learning University (EELU), and Ahram Canadian University, among others. Across these roles, he has delivered teaching and leadership in areas such as Digital Marketing, Strategic Management, Consumer Behavior, and Organisational Change, while actively contributing to curriculum development and academic governance.

Earlier in his professional journey, Prof. Tawfik built a strong foundation in teaching, research, and consultancy, collaborating with government entities, financial institutions, and major corporations. His expertise in marketing strategy, leadership development, and change management has supported organisational transformation and capacity building across both public and private sectors.

An active researcher, Prof. Tawfik has authored numerous publications in high-impact international journals, with a focus on digital transformation, sustainable healthcare, customer engagement, and service quality. His work consistently bridges the gap between academic theory and practical application, addressing real-world challenges and advancing knowledge in his field.
