Pearl holds a BSc in Nursing from the University of Botswana, a First-Class Honours Degree in Marketing (Digital Media & Cloud Computing) from Dublin Business School, and an MSc in Positive Health Coaching from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), Dublin. Her academic work integrates Positive Psychology, Lifestyle Medicine, Behaviour Change Science, and Organisational Wellbeing, equipping individuals and organisations with evidence-based strategies to build sustainable resilience, wellbeing, and high-performing cultures.

She is also an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner Coach, a globally recognised credential reflecting advanced coaching competence, supervised practice, ethical governance, and measurable client impact.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Pearl served as a Clinical Lead within Ireland’s National COVID-19 Contact Tracing Programme, leading frontline public health teams during one of the most critical global health crises in modern history. Her leadership required strategic decision-making, crisis communication, and safeguarding the psychological wellbeing of teams operating under sustained national pressure.

A cancer survivor during the pandemic, Pearl’s leadership philosophy was forged through lived adversity. Today, she inspires individuals and organisations to transform setbacks into purpose, moving from victim mentality to victor mentality through evidence-based frameworks grounded in Positive Health, resilience science, and conscious leadership.

She is the author of The Path of Pearl: A Treasure Chest of Guidance and Wisdom, a book that blends personal transformation, mindset science, resilience, and spiritual insight.
