Currently serving as Head of Academics at Lusitânia Primary School, she specialises in institutional change management, strategic planning, and building resilient organisational frameworks that support long-term educational excellence and sustainability.

Her leadership philosophy is grounded in bridging foundational values with strategic future readiness. As a doctoral candidate in Management Studies at Kazian School of Management, Patricia’s research focuses on institutional readiness, change management, and effective implementation strategies within complex organisations, reflecting her commitment to advancing innovative and sustainable leadership practices.
