As the Founder of Edun Enterprises, Oluwatobi empowers entrepreneurs, professionals, and students to achieve personal and professional growth through systems thinking, introspective coaching, and collaborative leadership. His mission is to advance future-ready energy solutions that strengthen Africa’s infrastructure and promote inclusive economic growth.

Previously, Oluwatobi was a Consultant in Deloitte Canada’s Strategy, Risk, and Transactions Practice, leading digital transformation and risk governance programs for financial and pension sector clients. He managed enterprise initiatives exceeding $500 million in value, implemented GRC systems, and supported large-scale technology modernization efforts that enhanced operational resilience.

Earlier, Oluwatobi coordinated the International Virtual Engineering Student Teams (InVEST) program at the University of Toronto, fostering partnerships with 16 universities worldwide. His leadership facilitated 20 collaborative research projects, resulting in six peer-reviewed publications and recognition as a Global Engineering Deans’ Council Diversity Award finalist.

His early career includes sustainable energy research with Engineers Without Borders, Hatch Ltd., and the University of Toronto, where he earned a combined Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in sustainability and innovation.

A Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Scrum Master (SMC), Oluwatobi has been recognized for his global impact with the CXO 2.0 Outstanding Leadership Award (2024) and Fluxx Young Achiever in Energy & Technology Award (2025). Guided by purpose, he continues to champion sustainability, innovation, and youth empowerment as pathways to long-term societal progress.
