Irene Riad is the Founder and CEO of the Irene Riad Legacy Institute, a pioneering platform for identity-driven leadership and generational impact, operated under SightCET FZE in Dubai, UAE. She has established the Institute as a distinct voice in the leadership space, introducing a differentiated approach known as Legacy Identity Architecture™ for global leaders.

Under her leadership, the Institute focuses on integrating identity, faith-based principles, and generational stewardship into executive development. Rather than following conventional leadership models, her work is centered on helping leaders build a coherent sense of identity that shapes how they make decisions, influence others, and scale their impact. This unique positioning has led institutions to partner with the Institute for its original philosophy, research-driven frameworks, and non-replicable curriculum.

Founded in the United Kingdom in 2020, the Institute has since expanded internationally, establishing its presence in Albania in 2023 and relocating its headquarters to Dubai in 2024. To date, it has delivered transformational experiences to over 450 leaders across diverse geographies.
