Dr. Teresa Castiello, MD, FHFA, FRCP, is a multi-award-winning Consultant Cardiologist and visionary entrepreneur with over 25 years of international experience spanning the UK, Italy, and humanitarian missions in Africa. A leading expert in Heart Failure, Cardiomyopathies, and Cardiac Prevention and Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR), swith Level 3 ESC/SCMR accreditation.

Dr. Castiello is a pioneer in the integration of digital technology and clinical practice. As the Founder and CEO of MIAL Healthcare, she is developing an AI-powered, multispecialty digital platform designed to redefine early diagnosis and personalized prevention. Her leadership in digital health is further evidenced by her role as Chief Investigator for HF-TRACK and her work on AI-driven clinical pathways.

Her influence extends across major international medical societies. She served as the President of the Cardiology Section at the Royal Society of Medicine (2023–2025) and is currently an Executive Nucleus Member and Communication Coordinator for the ESC Working Group on Myocardial and Pericardial Diseases.
