Dr. Saberi is a multi-award-winning Organizational Transformation Leader, certified Chief Master Coach, Master NLP Coach, and internationally recognized talent development expert. Renowned for transforming human capital into a strategic business advantage, he has developed innovative frameworks that bridge academic research with operational excellence, enabling organizations to strengthen performance, enhance employee engagement, and achieve sustainable business growth.

Building on his doctoral research at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), Dr. Saberi created the New Hybrid Talent Management Model, an integrated approach that redefines Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management Systems (PMS), Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding. His methodologies enable organizations to safeguard revenue, cultivate high-performing workforces, and position human capital functions as strategic business partners that drive long-term organizational success.

An internationally acclaimed leader, Dr. Saberi is the recipient of three 2026 Stevie® Awards (MENA), including one Gold Award for The 10 Certifications and two Silver Awards recognizing his pioneering work in the New Integrated Performance Management System and Employee Experience & Engagement. He also received the Gold Award for Best Leadership Development in Europe & the Middle East at the 2026 MERIT Summit & Awards in Málaga. His leadership in human capital transformation has contributed to major industry achievements, including the Leisure Group receiving the Global RLI Award for Most Immersive Attraction and Theme Park of the Year honors from TDM in 2025. Dr. Saberi is the architect of the PEARLS Project, a comprehensive human capital transformation framework, and the PRIDE+ Performance Coaching Model, certified by ITD World, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) training provider. He is recognized for re-engineering performance management systems that create agile, revenue-focused workforce ecosystems while aligning people strategies with organizational objectives.

Beyond his executive leadership, Dr. Saberi is an active contributor to the global learning and development community. He is certified by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) as a Subject Matter Expert (ICAM & ICAE), serves as an accredited Learning & Development Specialist for KidZania worldwide, and contributes as a global judge for the IAAPA Brass Ring Awards in the Human Resources Excellence category.
