Andrea Fryrear is the co-founder and CEO of AgileSherpas, the world’s leading Agile marketing training and consulting firm. Over nearly a decade, she has built AgileSherpas into a globally recognized organization, transforming how marketing teams across companies of all sizes design, manage, and deliver their work.

A practitioner before becoming an educator, Andrea entered the world of Agile marketing through firsthand experience with the burnout, inefficiencies, and operational chaos that characterize many marketing environments. She spent years refining those challenges into a structured and scalable framework that delivers tangible results. This framework, now known as the Agile Marketing Operating System, is widely adopted by marketing leaders across industries to create teams that are more adaptive, efficient, and resilient.

Andrea is the author of two influential books, Mastering Marketing Agility and Death of a Marketer, both of which explore the evolving role of marketing in modern organizations. She also co-created the ICP-MKG, the world’s first internationally recognized certification dedicated specifically to Agile marketing practices.
